After 8 years of utilising a third-party for the distribution of our products we are delighted to regain ownership of this critical business function. The aim is to deliver improved accuracy, efficiency, and delivery timeframes. The project planning and investment has been significant, but it has been eagerly embarked on so we can serve our customers with the operational excellence you deserve.

This week we commenced the process of transferring inventory between warehouses with the aim to be fully functional from Waiouru Road in late August. During this four-to-five week period, orders will continue to be processed through Mondiale, until we are at the stage where we are adequately stocked in our new facility. There is no change for you in how you process orders. Both warehouses can operate simultaneously which will enable us to transition some customer orders before full go live. We ask for your continued patience during this transition as our new teams, systems and processes get up to speed. Realistically we do foresee some disruption to stock availability over the next month however we are working hard to minimise any impact this may have.
