It allows you to bake 5 crispy, short baguettes of approximately 100 gr each.

Perfectly shaped, each mini loaf can be customized based on taste or special diet: cereal, whole wheat or gluten-free dough, plain or enhanced with seeds and dried fruit.

During baking, the baker’s lid helps control the level of humidity to ensure a crispy crust and light inside.

Openings on both ends of the lid make it easy to manipulate. And to optimize storage, simply stack the base inside the upside down lid.
