The origins of the Quattro Stagioni jar dates back 40 years ago. Over the years, the brand has become the symbol of home canning. Its market in Italy exceeds 95% and it is rapidly expanding all over the world. The range of preservation jars includes a very wide variety of references that lends itself to the most varied types of use: from conservation, to experimental cooking, to mise en table and all the trends of good eating, good drinking and decoration. Quattro Stagioni jars have always been the protagonists of a story of quality in vacuum home preservation which now opens up to creativity, giving ample space to new original uses: from floral compositions, to gift ideas, to the presentation of trendy recipes and cocktails. Quattro Stagioni jars are available in different shapes and sizes. The jars are dishwasher and microwave-safe (without the lid and up to 158°F). Keep the boiling for around 10 minutes for a correct vacuum process.

EASY - Because it is a vacuum sealing system that can be seen and heard. Once the pasteurizing process has terminated correctly, the flexible part of the lid will have been visible sucked down and the characteristic "pop" you hear when the jar is opened tells you that the process has been successful.

SAFE - Thanks to the sealing material, which is softer, fuller and more elastic than the kind used in the lids of industrial jars. This special consistency allows the gasket to adhere perfectly to the glass jar (and to compensate for any imperfect tensile forces) while the air is easily expelled during the pasteurizing process.
