This digital thermometer ensures food is perfectly cooked by quickly and accurately measuring its temperature with a stainless-steel probe. To switch on, simply rotate the probe out using the release point at the top - its clever, hygienic design means you don't need to touch the probe itself. The large, easy-read digital display activates immediately, offering instant readings in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. Inside the handle, behind a sliding cover, there's a handy printed guide providing recommended safe temperatures for cooking beef, pork, lamb and chicken. To switch off, simply fold the probe back into the handle, where it's safely stored. Easy to clean, the water-resistant probe can be washed under a running tap or wiped with a damp cloth.
