Ensure that the blades are secured in the middle - watch out for the super sharp blades! Align the lid (with the pull lever) to the blade shaft inside. Adjust the lid and turn clockwise to lock. Keep the chopper on a sturdy surface and hold the body so the anti-slip base helps secure the chopper. Pull the grey lever on the lid and see the blade rotate inside - this is when the magic chopping and dicing happens! Keep pulling the grey lever, depending on how finely chopped you want your veggies. For more free time, our vegetable chopper is dishwasher safe. For that extra sparkle, we recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water & dry thoroughly.
